Every Elite Refined piece starts as a blank canvas in our partner studios. Artists build the texture by hand with palette knives, plaster and layered paint, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

Is every piece really painted by hand?
Yes. Each canvas is painted and textured by hand by studio artists, so small variations make every piece one of a kind. We never sell prints.
How long will my artwork take to arrive?
Each piece is made to order. Painting usually takes 10–14 days, then shipping typically takes 5–8 business days. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date.
What sizes are available?
Most designs come in seven sizes from 24 x 16 in to 72 x 48 in. The size guide on each product shows the artwork to scale above an 84 in sofa.
Rolled, stretched or framed: what's the difference?
Rolled canvas ships in a tube and needs stretching or framing locally. Stretched canvas arrives on a wooden frame, ready to hang. Framed pieces add a black, white, gold or natural wood frame.
Can I order a custom size or colour?
Yes. Use the custom request form on any product page, or contact us with your wall size and preferred colours, and we'll reply with a quote.
What is wabi-sabi wall art?
Wabi-sabi is a Japanese idea that finds beauty in imperfection and natural materials. In wall art it means earthy tones, raw texture and organic, uneven forms.
What is your return policy for made-to-order art?
Because each piece is painted to order, please read our refund policy before ordering. If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us with photos as soon as possible.
